All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds.
Exchanges (Defective/Damaged Items Only)
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will exchange it for the same item at no additional cost.
Even for products with size options, we do not accept exchanges or returns due to sizing issues.
Please check the size carefully before placing your order.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Please use the contact form and include photos of the damage.
We reserve the right to assess the damage before approving an exchange.
